You don’t have to struggle alone
Life is rarely easy or straightforward, and can often throw us challenges that overwhelm us. You don’t have to struggle alone. Knowing when to ask for help and support is a great strength, and therapy is your opportunity to form a supportive relationship with someone who is dedicated to working alongside you to help resolve whatever problems or issues you may be experiencing.

About Me
I have worked in mental health for over a decade in various support roles, and have been working as a psychotherapist and counsellor for the past seven years. Over that time I have worked with a wide range of individuals facing all kinds of different problems, developing a flexible approach to meet each client’s needs.
I take an integrative approach to therapy built on the foundations of my core training in Transactional Analysis counselling. I have gained experience over the years supporting people with a variety of different problems, whether that be the impacts of trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, existential concerns, neurodiversity, men’s mental health, bereavement and loss, among many others.
I deeply believe in the healing potentials of compassion, empathy and self-awareness as a means of healing psychological wounds and helping us reach our full potential. I strive to create a safe emotional environment for people to explore and express themselves without fear of judgement, and to provide effective tools and resources to promote meaningful and long-lasting change.
