You don’t have to struggle alone
Life is rarely easy or straightforward, and can often throw us challenges that overwhelm us. You don’t have to struggle alone. Knowing when to ask for help and support is a great strength, and therapy is your opportunity to form a supportive relationship with someone who is dedicated to working alongside you to help resolve whatever problems or issues you may be experiencing.
A chance for us to meet and get to know each other, talk through what you'd like to work on in therapy, and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.

Transactional Analysis Counselling
Accessible and effective tools for increasing self-awareness and making long-lasting psychological changes.
For many years now I have been passionate about finding out how to best promote positive mental health, emotional well-being and psychological resilience in myself and those around me.
I love talking to people about their experiences and finding out about who they are, and discovering together with people what it means to be human and be well in a world that can at times be very challenging.
I deeply believe in the healing potentials of compassion, empathy and self-awareness as a means of healing psychological wounds and helping us reach our full potential.
