You don’t have to struggle alone
Life is rarely easy or straightforward, and can often throw us challenges that overwhelm us. You don’t have to struggle alone. Knowing when to ask for help and support is a great strength, and therapy is your opportunity to form a supportive relationship with someone who is dedicated to working alongside you to help resolve whatever problems or issues you may be experiencing.

About Me
For many years now I have been passionate about finding out how to best promote positive mental health, emotional well-being and psychological resilience in myself and those around me.
I love talking to people about their experiences and finding out about who they are, and discovering together with people what it means to be human and be well in a world that can at times be very challenging.
I deeply believe in the healing potentials of compassion, empathy and self-awareness as a means of healing psychological wounds and helping us reach our full potential.

I'm an accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by their ethical framework.
My practice hours are Monday - Thursday daytime and evening.
Due to being a carer for someone with complex health problems, since the the pandemic I have moved my practice online. Online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy, it just requires that you have somewhere private and quiet to be able to hold a session. For video calls I use Zoom, and I also offer sessions over the phone for those who prefer.
A place we can both connect
